We offer you good deals and 4 good options for you to choose from: Premium or Basic Residential Service, plus Weekly Lawn Service or Once Every 2 Weeks Service. We can also taylor our services to fit your special needs. 

We have listed below DETAILED information on each of our 4 Plans below. If you are not sure which lawn maintenance plan would be best for you we can offer suggestions that can help you decide if you like. One of our plans is sure to fit all of your needs, budget, and satisfaction. We can give you a free estimate, and answer any questions you have. You can sign up anytime of the year (January, July, Etc.) and we will pro rate your monthly bill if needed. 

PREMIUM  SERVICE PLANS: Plan 1 and 2
Our full complete package for those who want to keep everything looking nice all
the time including shrubs and bushes, and would like us to take care of it for you. 
YEAR ROUND PAYMENTS ONLY!

BASIC SERVICE PLANS: (Mow & Go) Plan 3 and 4
Provides just the basics you need; mowing, trimming, edging and clean up afterwards on a regular basis with no extra's. 
SEASONAL 9 MONTH PAYMENTS ONLY!

We also offer a 15% discount for Neighborhood Service for 3 or more customer's done together on the same day, Monday - Friday.

Plan #1 - Premium Service - Weekly

42  mowing times per year at $34.00 per mowing for average size yard.
 AVAILABLE IN YEAR-ROUND PAYMENTS:  12 equal payments of 120.00
(Larger lawns & corner lots, or extensive trimming are extra.)

4 Times per month during the Spring & Summer, or as needed, and 2-3 times per month during the Fall. 1-2 times during the winter months. 

      ALL of the extra's listed below are included with this Premium Service Plan:

  • Mowing Lawn (mulched, bagging extra),trim and weed eat around fences & trees, edging sidewalks, drives, & borders and blow off all sidewalks, porches, and drives.
  • Trim all shrubs and bushes 2 times monthly.
  • Planters/Bed maintanance; weeds & grass removed every other visit. Small area's only, large area's are extra. Putting down New Mulch is extra.
  • Lawn Fertilization - 3 applications per year of recommended premium fertilizer.
  • Ant & Insect Treatment - Apply Bayer ant and Insect control, used for grubworms and other insects including fire ants. Sulfer applied on request only and is extra.
  • Soil Sample taken and analyzed by A & M University Labratory for your soils nutrient requirements. 
  • Free Sprinkler system check - monthly and adjusted if needed, Free upon request.
  • (OPTIONAL*) Weed Control - 3 applications of premium post and pre-emergents for lawn turf to help in weed control, and all concrete surfaces and cracks sprayed with Round Up. *Add about 30.00 a month more for average size yards.


Plan # 2 -  Premium Service - Every 2 Weeks

24 mowing times per season at $42.00 per mowing for the average yard.     AVAILABLE IN YEAR-ROUND PAYMENTS:  12 equal payments of 85.00

Trim & Weed Eat Only - $20.00 per time

Do you like to mow your own yard but hate to Trim and Edge? If so we have a special service we offer for people just like you. Let us Trim & Edge for you, one time or on a regular schedule. Clean-up-Blow off sidewalks, drive, & porch is included. Average yard, extra trimming or large lots are more.

Yard Clean-Ups, Debris Removal, or  Leaf  Removal

Throughout the year, there comes a time and need for a yard clean-up. We are no strangers to pulling weeds, one-time mowing jobs, setting new edges on lawns, removing unwanted debris and most anything else that needs attention in your yard. Prices start at $35 per hour. Leaf removal is $45 per hour with bagging and setting them at your trash area. If you would like a estimate, just fill out the form on our Free Quote page.

Lawn Fertilization - $ 40.00 per time

Feeds your lawn with all the needed nutrients in a slow release formula to give you a nice thick and healthy green look. Average size lawn; fertilize front, back, & sides with recommended quality grannule fertilizer.

Weed Control Treatment (TDA Licensed)

Helps prevent unwanted weeds and grasses in your lawn. Average size lawn; grannule treatment; (Liquid spraying is extra) in front, back, & sides with recommended product.
We offer a Year round/ Seasonal 6 step grannule/liquid weed control program for those who are interested starting at $400.00 per year,(average size yards) which can be put on monthly lawn service bill. We are TDA licensed and only use qualified TDA applicators for our chemical treatments.(Texas Dept. of Agriculture) We only apply correctly the safest possible products for your lawn, family,and pets safety.

Ant & Insect Control Treatment -  $ 50.00 per time

Keeps those bothersome ants and destructive insects such as grubworms away from your  lawn so you can enjoy it. Average size lawn; treated with insecticide grannules.

Planters/Flower Bed Maintaince-Weeding - $ 25.00 per hour

One hour minimum, remove all weeds, and grass. Available on a regular basis.

Core Aeration or Dethatching - $ 80.00 per time (average yards)

Stimulates root growth by breaking up compacted ground. Better water and fertilizer penetration for a heathlier lawn, recommended yearly in Spring/Early Summer. Dethatching for St. Augustine is also available. For Customer's that have
in ground sprinkler systems; all valve boxes and sprinkler heads MUST be flagged so we do not puncture them with the spike blades. We can do this for you if you like for $ 15.00 extra. 

Soil Sample Analysis - $ 25.00

Routine basic analysis: shows ph level, N, P, K, Ca, Mg, and S. Sent to & performed by University Lab, Allow 10 days for results. More detailed & specific tests are also available on request if needed.

Adding Mulch - $ 30.00 per hour, (labor)

Helps keep unwanted weeds out of your planter garden area's. helps hold soil moisture and insulate agaist extreme tempuratures. Includes labor only 35.00, bags of mulch (2.0 cu.ft.) are extra & priced at regular retail cost. Premium hardwoods, red shred, cypress are some decorative colors are available.

Seasoanl Color 

Do you need some colorful bedding plants to brighten up your flower beds or other area in your landscape? If so we can plant a season's color you like, or all of them through out the year from snapdragons & pansies, to celosia & pentas. Price per flat (18 plants) includes: planting labor, potting soil, top mulch, and fertilzer. Some prices will vary depending on plants.

Additional services not priced here will require a free estimate of the property from us in order to give you a accurate price.
