We have listed below DETAILED information on each of our plans below. If you are not sure which lawn maintenance plan would be best for you, we can listen to your needs and wants and offer suggestions to help you decide. One of our plans is sure to fit all your requirements budget, and satisfaction. We can give you a free estimate, and answer any questions you have. Billing is divided into twelve equal monthly payments to allow for a fixed billing amount that simplifies budgeting. Seasonal service is divided into 8-9 monthly payments.

Our full complete package for those who want to keep everything looking nice all
the time; includes trimming all shrubs and bushes,hand weeding, leaf removal, sprinkler checks and more at a discounted price. For those who want hassle free service and want  us to take care of your lawn & landscape needs for you. 12, YEAR ROUND EQUAL MONTHLY PAYMENTS 


 BASIC SERVICE PLANS:  Plan 3 and 4
Provides just the basics you need; mowing, trimming, edging and clean up afterwords on a regular basis with no extra's. 8 to 9, MONTHLY SEASONAL PAYMENTS ONLY

 

Satisfaction Guaranteed:  If you’re not happy with our service or work at anytime then we are not happy either. Please feel free to let me know directly if there is something we need to correct or have missed. We strive to provide you our best lawn work possible and to satisfy our customers 100%. Should you find our work not up to your expectations please contact us. Myself or a crew leader will go back out to your property at our expense, to correct or re-do the problem until you are 100% satisfied.

Plan #1 - Premium Service - Year Round Weekly

 40 mowing times per year at $39.00 per mowing for average size yard.
 AVAILABLE IN YEAR-ROUND PAYMENTS:  12 equal payments of 130.00
(Larger lawns & corner lots, or extensive trimming are extra.)

   ALL of the extra's listed below are included with this Premium Service Plan:

  • Mowing Lawn, mulched or bagged ,trim and weed eat around fences & trees, edging sidewalks, drives, & borders and blow off all sidewalks, porches, and drives.
  • Trim all shrubs and bushes, 2 times monthly. Cut back all plants that need it in 
    late fall and winter.  
  • Small Planters/Bed maintenance, weeds removed every other visit. Small area's only, large area's are extra. Putting down New Mulch is extra. 
  • Leaf Removal, done during leaf season, bagged and left at your trash area.
  • Free Pruning,  Small tree's and low limbs pruned up during winter. 
  • Free Soil Sample, taken and analyzed by A & M University Laboratory for your soils nutrient requirements. 
  • Free Sprinkler system check,  done monthly and adjusted if needed, Free upon request.
  • Seasonal color, (Bedding plants) is available for people who would like color year round.(Prices vary upon selection) 
  • Worry free service,  relax and let us take care of all your lawn and landscape needs for you.
  • (OPTIONAL) Lawn Fertilization, INCLUDED WITH WEED CONTROL PRICE. 3 applications per year of recommended premium fertilizer, includes winterizer to help feed roots until spring.
  • (OPTIONAL) Weed Control,  3 herbicide applications of premium pre-emergents, weed killer, grubworm control and more for your lawn to help in weed control, and all concrete surfaces and cracks sprayed with Round Up. Add about 35.00 a month more for average size yards. (applied about every 2-3 months)
  • (OPTIONAL) Fire Ant & Insect Treatment, 2 applications of Bayer Ant and Insect killer. Used for most common insects above and below the ground, Applications last up to 4 months. Add about 5.00 TO 10.00 a month more for average size yards.


Plan #2 - Premium Service - Year Round Every 2 Weeks

24 mowing times per season at $42.50 per mowing for the average yard.     AVAILABLE IN YEAR-ROUND PAYMENTS:  12 equal payments of 85.00
(Larger lawns & corner lots, or extensive trimming are extra.)

17 mowings per season, at $45.00 per mowing for the average yard.

Yard Clean-Ups, Debris and Junk Removal, Leaf  Removal , Hauling Service

Throughout the year, there comes a time and need for a yard clean-up or some other removal service. We are no strangers to pulling weeds, one-time mowing jobs, setting new edges on lawns, removing unwanted junk and debris and most anything else that needs attention in your yard. Prices start at $35 per man hour. Leaf removal is $45 per hour with bagging and setting them at your trash area. If you would like a estimate, just fill out the form on our Free Quote page.

Lawn Fertilization

Feeds your lawn with all the needed nutrients in a slow release formula that last about 2-3 months and gives you a nice thick and healthy green look. Average size lawn; fertilize front, back, & sides with recommended quality fertilizer and blow of all surfaces.

Weed Control Program (TDA Licensed Applicators)

Helps prevent unwanted grassy and broadleaf weeds in your lawn. Average size lawn treatment, Liquid spraying  in front, back, & sides with recommended product.

We offer a Year round/Seasonal liquid weed control program for those who are interested starting at 35.00 per month, or $420.00 per year for average size yards. This includes 4 quarterly treatments of Penduluim pre-emergent, post-emergent and a west texas blend fertilizer for our local area, and 1 spring/summer insecticide application.(for ants,spiders,grubs,etc.). We are  TDA licensed(Texas Dept. of Agriculture) and only use qualified TDA sprayers/applicators for all of our chemical treatments. We only apply the correct and the safest possible quality products for your lawn, family,and pets safety while getting results and keeping your lawn nice looking.

ORGANIC WEED CONTROL AND FERTILIZERS, CHEMICAL FREE NATURAL LAWN CARE IS AVAILABLE AND DOES A GREAT JOB.

Planters/Flower Bed Maintenance-Weeding - $ 30.00 per hour

One hour minimum, remove all weeds and grass by hand. Available on a regular basis, we also can spray rock area's small or large with Round up on a 3 month basis to keep grass and weeds out. prices start at 30.00 for this service.

Core Aeration or De-thatching - $ 95.00 per time (average yards)

Stimulates root growth by breaking up compacted ground. Better water and fertilizer penetration for a healthier lawn, recommended yearly in Spring/Early Summer. De-thatching for St. Augustine is also available. For Customer's that have
in ground sprinkler systems; all valve boxes and sprinkler heads MUST be flagged so we do not puncture them with the spike blades. We can do this for you if you like for $ 15.00 extra. 

Soil Sample Analysis - $ 30.00

Routine basic analysis: shows Ph level, N, P, K, Ca, Mg, and S. Sent to & performed by University Lab, Allow 10 days for results. More detailed & specific tests are also available on request if needed.

Adding Mulch - $ 35.00 per hour

Helps keep unwanted weeds out of your planter garden area's. helps hold soil moisture and insulate against extreme temperatures. Includes labor only 35.00, bags of mulch (2.0 cu.ft.) are extra & priced at regular retail cost. Premium hardwoods, red shred, cypress are some decorative colors are available.

Seasonal Color 

Do you need some colorful bedding plants to brighten up your flower beds or other area in your landscape? If so we can plant seasonal color one or 2 times per year. from winter/spring snapdragons & pansies, to summer/fall celosia, pentas, or lantana. Price is  per flat and includes: planting labor, potting soil, and starter fertilizer. Some prices will vary depending on plants.

Additional services not priced here will require a free estimate of the property in order to give you a accurate price.
